Our Alchemical Theory class lays the groundwork for all of our future courses on Alchemy that we teach. Within our academy, every type of alchemy relies on some basic alchemical information. That information includes:
- An Introduction to Alchemy
- The Four Phases of Alchemy
- The Three Philosophical Principles of Alchemy
- The Seven Primary Alchemical Processes
- The Six Types of Alchemical Work
- An Introduction to Azoth
- A Simple Alchemical Experiment
When completed, you will have a solid understanding of the basic concepts of Alchemy as used in our academy. Additionally, there is a section researching one of the ancient alchemical plates or drawings (Azoth), as well as a simple alchemical experiment. Our view on alchemy is that it is symbiotic. You will see that the spiritual side of alchemy relies on and is fed by the practical experiments carried out. In turn, the practical side of alchemy, relies on and is fed by the spiritual teachings and work. This creates a never ending spiral of learning, development and personal spiritual growth.
